We are located in Monterey Bay CA, 3 miles inland from Moss Landing, in the Elkhorn Slough. We are 20 minutes from Santa Cruz, 20 minutes from Monterey AND the rental space has views of the ENTIRE BAY from inside and out!
It's a fully furnished rental that rents on a month to month lease, intended for travelling professionals seeking mid-term housing, or any others that may be appropriate. Credit score over 680 required along with other screening information found on the rental inquiry page.
Rent is $2000/month inclusive of all utilities' and high-speed wireless internet.

The Sunset views from the front windows and deck are stunning.
The lofted ceiling gives a feeling of space. The upper areas on left and right aree for storage and there is additional attic storage accessible from inside the unit., if needed.
There is a private entrance from a 12x12 deck with amazing views looking west and south into Monterey Bay.
The living and sleeping area is approximately 13 x 30 (390sf) and there is a 4 x 11 bathroom (44 sf) and a 3' closet area for a total of 440sf (outlined in red on the floor plan)
The ceiling is 8' tall in the front and rear but it does have a lofted area in the middle that is 12' tall that gives a feeling of a much larger space with lots of easy storage as well as access to the attic for more storage.
-- Alternative Dwelling Unit ---
The Unit is licensed as a legal Alternative Dwelling Unit (ADU). This is part of our home and we occupy the other part of the home.
It has a private bath accessible from within the suite.
There is a solid core door with insulated frame connecting the ADU to the rest of the home, although we'd expect that to remain closed as the suite is self sufficient.

This ADU has a 10x10 kitchen that is larger than many kitchens found in larger efficiencies and 1 bedrooms.

Washer and dryer are in our unit with a door accessible from the back yard. We may add separate units outside in the future.

Off street parking exists and the ability to accommodate a trailer may also exist.

The views are fantastic. From the front window and the front edge of the deck you can see from Monterey in the south to Santa Cruz in the north most days. From inside you can see from Moss Landing to Monterey through the windows day and night. The red markes are the power plant towers at Moss Landing
We have an older in ground pool. it is quite chilly most of the year but August and September it can be enjoyable without a wet suite.
